Julie M. Benz born on May 1, 1972, is an American actress best known for portraying Rita Bennett as Rita Bennett Dexter who won the Satellite Award for 2005 for Best Female Supporting Performance in a Series/Mini-Series/Motion Picture Made for TV. Her role was on the TV show No Ordinary Family, which ran from the 13th of May 2011, until the show's cancellation. Darla was one of her most well-known characters in Buffy the Vampire Slayer, as well as Angel. She is set to appear on the upcoming CBS series A Gifted Man. Harshman was also successful in other films, the vast majority of them were in part-time roles.
